Across the country, we work with state and local officials to keep elections fair, prevent political violence, and safeguard democratic processes. We also represent government officials through amicus briefs that bring important and relevant policy expertise to the attention of the courts.

We provide pro bono counsel, training, and technical guidance to local and state officials nationwide. Our goal: to equip public servants with the legal clarity and confidence needed to protect democratic institutions from falsehood and violence.
