 ICAP Turns Five! — Our Annual Report

This year marks ICAP’s five-year anniversary, and what a five years it has been! As we celebrate this milestone, we’re thrilled to share our 2022 Annual Report. In these pages, you’ll find highlights of the work that your support has propelled. From our landmark wins in defense of immigrants’ rights, to our historic Supreme Court victory on behalf the House January 6 Committee in pursuit of critical White House records from the day of the Capitol attack, to our innovative series of regional convenings to help government and community leaders respond to the threat of political violence, this report features ICAP’s work in defense of the rule of law and the most vulnerable.  

There’s much more to come. We’ve notched several key court wins since this report went to print, and this week, ICAP was honored to be listed as the only non-profit law practice on the National Law Journal’s Appellate Hot List—a testament to our remarkable team of public interest litigators. We hope you’ll take a few minutes to read our report and share in the satisfaction of our hard-earned wins, which are yours as much as ours. Looking ahead to ICAP’s next five years, it’s clear that the threats to our core values are not slowing down. But neither will we.
