Supporting Naperville Assault Weapons and Magazine Ban

Filed an amicus brief in Bevis v. City of Naperville, No. 23-1353 (U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit) on behalf of the U.S. Conference of Mayors in support of a Naperville, IL ordinance and Illinois state law banning assault-style weapons and high-capacity magazines.
