Filed an amicus brief in Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics in Washington v. Office of Management and Budget, No. 25-5266; 25-5267 (U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit) on behalf of U.S. Representative Rosa DeLauro and U.S. Senator Patty Murray in support of Congress’ authority to appropriate public funding in support of the common defense and the general welfare.
