U.S. Department of Justice, No. 1:25-CV-00716-BAH (U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia) on behalf of legal ethics professors explaining that the executive orders targeting law firms create inevitable and irresolvable ethical issues for lawyers at firms that accede to the President’s demands.
