Filed an amicus brief in The United States of America v. The City of Boston, No. 1:25-cv-12456 (U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts) on behalf of 27 cities, counties, and elected officials in support of the City of Boston’s motion to dismiss the federal government’s challenge to the Boston Trust Act, which prohibits the Boston Police Department from detaining individuals on the basis of immigration status or civil immigration warrants.
