King County et al, No. 2:22-cv-01252-BJR (U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle) arguing that the removal by the King County, WA government of privately placed signs falsely claiming that ballot drop boxes were under surveillance did not violate the First Amendment rights of the sign planter.
