Cities back ATF Firearm registration rules in Missouri

Filed an amicus brief in Brown v. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, No.4:25-cv-01162-SRC (U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri) on behalf of the City of Baltimore, MD; the City of Columbus, OH; and Harris County, TX, supporting the ATF in its defense of provisions of the National Firearms Act that require the registration and serialization of silencers, short-barreled shotguns, and short-barreled rifles.
