Cities Back ATF Firearm Registration Rules in Texas

Filed an amicus brief in Silencer Shop Foundation v. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, No. 6:25-cv-00056-H (U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas) on behalf of the City of Baltimore, MD; the City of Columbus, OH; and Harris County, TX supporting the ATF in its defense of provisions of the National Firearms Act that require the registration and serialization of silencers, short-barreled shotguns, and short-barreled rifles.
