ATF Ghost Gun Regulation Prevents Firearms Trafficking

Filed an amicus brief in Garland v. VanDerStok, No. 23-852 (U.S. Supreme Court) on behalf of the Major Cities Chiefs Association, the Police Executive Research Forum, and dozens of current and former national security officials, explaining how ATF’s ghost gun regulation is critical to preventing weapons from falling into the hands of malign actors and enabling law enforcement to detect and prevent firearms trafficking.
